About the Program
In keeping with the dominant trend in the consulting industry, most of BizJump’s interns and employees work from their “home offices.” Using the latest in Intranet technology, our mostly remote workforce is able to communicate and work collaboratively on projects. Interns are required to attend meetings and training sessions at BizJump’s headquarters twice monthly.

We are seeking highly motivated and venture oriented individuals, whom must be able to execute and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, work independently and meet tight deadlines without sacrificing quality of work. Qualified candidates must not only be team players, but also they should be self-directed and hardworking.

This position requires strong work ethic and project management skills. The position is open to students who have completed or are pursuing a 4-year college degree. Successful candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Access. Upon successful completion of the internship program, candidates will be paid a stipend. Also, interns will be considered for permanent positions with BizJump, Inc. At BizJump you will gain priceless experience from working in an environment that is committed to diversity, challenges and excellence.

Additional Requirements:

1. Interns have the option of working from a remote location/home
2. Ownership /access of a personal computer and broadband Internet is required
3. Work a minimum of 24 hours per week
4. Weekly status meetings via conference calls or in person at BizJump’s headquarters
5. Submit timesheet on a weekly basis
6. Display a high level of honesty, integrity and strong work ethic
7. Delivery of all assignments in the prescribed time
8. During work hours respond to emails within 2 hour, preferably 30 minutes.

Project Manager/Coordinator
Reporting to a managing partner, the project management intern will coordinate, organize and manage multiple projects without sacrificing quality or delivery time.
• Organize and plan projects base on available resources
• Managed project delivery, ensuring on-time/on-budget project completion and high customer satisfaction
• Analyze performance relative to industry and benchmark best practices for organizations of similar size and industry sector
• Track project status and results, anticipated and remove project barriers and project team members.
• Communicate project status and recommendations via status emails, white papers and meetings

Marketing Coordinator
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator intern will organize and execute the various marketing initiatives.
• Research and schedule public relation and industry related events

• Develop marketing plans
• Coordinate and execute various promotion initiatives, including direct mail advertising campaigns
• Develop vertical marketing campaign
• Produce reports on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives

Digital Marketing Coordinator
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Internet Marketing Coordinator will oversee all web marketing programs.
• Execute website submission and reciprocal link programs

• Evaluate and coordinate pay-per-click program
• Track and report on website traffic and conversion ratio
• Liaison with marketing coordinator

Web-master
This position will maintain and update site content, monitor site traffic, gather statistics and analyze trends. Web support activities will include forms development, HTML changes. This position will be expected to analyze and revise existing internal processes, as needed. Provide application support and troubleshoot issues as needed. A strong technical design sense along with methodical attention to detail is required. Also, Webmaster will:
• Research and report on the latest Internet technology

Graphic Artist
Reporting to the marketing manager, the graphic artist will work on internal projects like; the company’s website design, marketing materials and enhance corporate identity products. After successfully completing the internship program, the graphic artist will work on client projects. Knowledge of the latest graphic software programs is required.

• Collect and edit articles from business writers
• Work with the editor and graphic designer to develop the final layout for the e-magazine

This position requires candidate with a strong command of the English language. Working with a seasoned business plan development consultant, you will develop sections of a business plan for small business clients.
• Research and synthesize market and industry data
• Develop financial projections (only for student with finance or accounting background)
• Conduct interview with clients to gather relevant data
• Write sections of a business plan, based on assignments
• Edit and format final document
